Materials

We can source materials for you or, in some cases, work with materials you provide. When we supply materials, we focus on reliable, cost-effective options and clearly show them in your estimate. We’re happy to discuss “good, better, best” tiers when they apply.

Deposits

Larger projects or jobs requiring special-order items may require a deposit to secure materials and scheduling. Any deposit requirements will be clearly shown in your quote or service agreement before you approve anything.
