Delivery Times

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time frame:
- Document any damage with photos, if possible
- Contact us with your order information
- We’ll help coordinate a replacement, refund, or claim with the carrier as appropriate
Returns on Shipped Items
Return eligibility depends on the item. Details such as return windows, condition requirements, and who covers return shipping will be outlined on the product page or in our general return guidelines. In some cases, returns may not be available for custom or special-order items.
